Ir 2014. gads, bet tās nav mūsdienas. Saistībā ar atomkaru pasaule (tai skaitā Latvija) atrodas pilnīgā anarhijā, valdības ir kritušas un esošie kari notiek starp lielvaltīm, bet ne Latvijas teritorijā, lai gan daži stāsta, ka armijas ir manītas tuvumā. Radiācijas iespaidā zeme ir kļuvusi neauglīga un ūdeņi piesārņoti. Radiācijas mutācijas nogalina cilvēkus un nelaimīgie bijušo valstu pilsoņi, kuri ir saindēti, ir vai nu tuvu nāves slieksnim, vai jau arī miruši. Masu mēdiji, tā pat kā valdība, ir gāzti un vienīgā lieta, ko pēdējo mēnešu laikā radio ir spējis uztvert, ir statiskais signāls- klusums.Spēles vieta ir pamests ciemats, kura novietojums ir vēl nezināms. Pēc pēdējās informācijas tur atrodas kaut kas tik ietekmīgs, ka varētu mainīt visu notiekošo, daži baumo, ka tas ir speciāls armijas prototips kādai ierīcei. Šī informācija ir iegūta tikai pēdējo dienu laikā, kad signāls atskanēja klusuma pārņemtajos radioaparātos. Ciemata apkaimē atrodas vairākas klejotāju nometnes, bet drīz viņiem pievienosies armija un anarhisti, kuri atsauksies uz avārijas signālu, kurš nāca no ierīces.Uzdevums ir atrast ierīci, kura raidīja trauksmes signālu un novērst katastrofu vai iegūt kontroli pār ierīci tādējādi iegūstot kontroli pār teritoriju un ietekmējot spēles pasaules nākotni.
It is 2014, but not our reality . Because of nuclear war, world (including Latvia) is in complete chaose and ruled by anarchy The governments have fallen and the current war goes on between remains of former countries, but not on Latvian territory, despite some said that the army ,or remains of it, is last seen in the regions and is still active. Because of radiation of lands have become barren and waters polluted waters. Radiation kills people and the unfortunate former countries citizens who are poisoned, are either on the threshold of death, or are already dead. The mass media, as well as government is overthrown and the only thing which in recent months the radio can receive is a static signal - silence .The Game takes place in deserted village, which location is still unknown. According to the last information there is something so powerful, that could change everything what is happening, some rumors say that it is a prototype of a special army unit. This information was collected only in the last few days, when the signal came in radios which were silent till that moment. The village is surrounded by a number of nomad camps, but soon they will be overflowing with army and anarchist who respond to the distress signals, which came from device. The goal is to find a device that gave the alarm and prevent disasters or to gain control over the device thereby gaining control over territory and influence game world's future.
KONCEPCIJA/CONCEPT
2014. gada 3. aprīlī viss izmainījās. Visa pasaule, ko pazinām tika pārvērsta līdz nepazīšanai, kad lielās nacijas atklāja kodolkaru. Var uzkatīt, ka šogad civilizācija, kas valdījusi pār zemi dažus pēdējos gadu tūkstošus, tika izncināta. Cilveces vairs nav, bet tas nenozīmē, ka nav cilvēku. Galu galā, no mums nav tik viegli tikt vaļā - mēs cīnamies, mēs ceram un mēs sākam visu no jauna.
Atombumbu sprādzieni radīja biezu makoņu slāņus, kas paslēpa sauli daudzu mēnešu garumā. Tomēr cilveki pat vistumšākajos laikos ir pratuši izdzīvot. Kad sākās nākamie lielvalstu savstarpējie kari par Tuvo Austrumu neizpostītajām zemēm - šoreiz bez atomieročiem - uzvarētaja nebija un nemaz nevarēja būt. Valstis kā tādas sabruka. Izdzīvojušie sacēlās pret valdībām, kas bija novedušas pasauli līdz iznīcības slieksnim, revolūcijas un iekšejie kari. Anarhija un visas līdzšinējās normas sabruka. Cilvēki tagad var paļauties tikai uz sevi un līdzīgi domājošo grupām. Morāle un ētika ir katra paša ziņā.
"Nav vairs valsts, nav arī spēki, kas sargātu vājākos, nav vairs cilvēcības cilvēku vidū. Ir tikai stipras apvienības", ir teicis man kāds izdzīvotājs, viņš pirms kara esot bijis profesors, "tās radīs jaunu kārtību, tās turpinās cīnīties un karot kā lielvaras un kļūs par tādām, un tikai tad, sāks parādīties noteikta kārtība, nevis dzīvnieciska izdzīvošana. Bet, līdz tam mums ir, jāiemācās izdzīvot."
Tā tas arī ir! Pāri visam - katra indivīda izdzīvošanas prasme. Pajumtes, pārtikas un pareizās kompānijas atrašana ir nieks, salīdzinot ar izpostītās dabas spēkiem. Radiācijas vētras paredzēt nav iespējams un tikai tās spalgais "spiedziens" brīdina, ka tuvākās minūtes laikā jāatrod droša slēptuve. Ja neatradīsi, neiedomājami spēcīgais radiācijas vējšs būs pēdējais, ko piedzīvosi. Un atlikušie cilvēki izdzīvo arī tādos apstākļos.
Kas tu biji agrāk -bagāts brokeris vai izputējis students - vairs neko nenozīmē. Nav agrāk zināmās sociālās hierarhijas un naudu tu vari izmatot iekuram. Vislielāka vērtība ir tīrs ūdens un medikamenti. Barteris ir jaunā tirgus sistēma, kur cigaretes ir ejošākā valūta. Iemanīt var jebko, kas tev ir pret to kas ir pieejams - mantas, pārtika, pakalpojums vai zināšanas. Un arī par informācijas drusciņām ir jamaksā. Par informāciju no citiem reģioniem vai vietām var dabūt pieticīgu malīti vai pat drošu pajumti, kur pārlaist nakti.
Tam, ka bija 2014. gads vairs nav nozīmes. Ir sākusies jauna ēra. Tumša, izpostīta pasaule, no kuras pelniem ka fēnikss varēs celties jauna pasaule un gudrāka civilizācija. Ja vien mēs mācīsimies no savām kļūdām. Tad pēc gadu simtiem savas jaunās vēstures gramatās rakstīsim, ka šis bija "tumšākais laiks cilvēces vēsturē uz jaunās pasaules sliekšņa".
April 3, 2014, everything changes. The whole world we knew was turned up side down to point of no recognition, when the nation's major nuclear war started. We can assume civilization that ruled the earth for the last few thousand years, was whipped from planet Earth. Humanity is no longer, but that does not mean that there are no people. Luckily, it's not that easy to get rid of humans or at least some of us - we fight, we hope and we start all over again.
Atomic bomb explosions created a thick cloud layers that hid the sun for many months. However, even in the darkest times, people have been able to survive. With the beginning of the next war of remaining country powers for the Middle East unharmed lands - this time without nuclear weapons - and this time there were no winners and there could not be any. Countries as we know them collapsed. Survivors rebelled against the government, which led the world to destruction threshold, revolutions and internal wars. Anarchy and the collapse of all previous rules. People now can count only on themselves and like-minded groups. Morality and ethics are one's own terms.

For information on other regions or areas may get a modest food or even secure accommodation, to spend the night.
The fact that 2014 was no longer relevant. Has entered a new era. Dark, desolated world, from which ashes just like a phoenix will rise a new the world with more intelligent civilization. Unless we learn from our mistakes. Then, after hundreds of years history books will write that this was "the darkest time in the history of mankind to the brink of a new world."
